Massage
Revitalize Your Soul
In a world that feels busier and more connected than ever, it’s easy for us to neglect our own well-being. After all, juggling work, family, and other responsibilities – as well as trying to pursue our personal hobbies – can leave us feeling stressed, exhausted, and in need of a moment of respite. That’s where the rejuvenating power of massage comes into play! But massage isn’t just a luxury; it’s a therapeutic practice that can provide immense relaxation and wellness benefits, helping you to unwind and rejuvenate both mentally and physically.
Benefits Of A Massage
Stress Reduction
People are increasingly reporting themselves as stressed, overworked, and overwhelmed – with not much respite to focus on themselves. This is where massage can be a powerful tool in reducing stress levels; the soothing touch of a skilled therapist can trigger the release of endorphins, the body’s natural mood enhancers, promoting relaxation and a sense of well-being at the end of a long or difficult day (or week!).
Pain Relief
Massage helps to relieve pain by increasing blood circulation, interrupting the pain cycle and releasing endorphins. Massage helps to decrease tension in the muscles. Muscles often tighten up around painful areas to protect them. Tight muscles can put pressure on nerves, causing numbness, tingling and pain.
Improved Sleep Quality
Massage helps to break the cycle of insomnia/lack of sleep by forcing the body to relax. By pulling muscles smooth and long, blood circulation is increased which sends a signal to the brain telling it to relax. In addition to this, massage also stimulates the vagus nerve – the major parasympathetic nerve in the body.
Enhanced Circulation
Massage facilitates circulation because the pressure created by the massage technique actually moves blood through the congested areas. The release of this same pressure causes new blood to flow in.more efficiently. This improved circulation can aid in the removal of toxins, reduce swelling, promote healing, and even relieve menstrual discomfort.
Emotional Well-being
Massage isn’t just a physical experience, but also an emotional one too. Regular massage sessions can help women connect with their bodies, reduce feelings of depression or anxiety, and increase their overall emotional well-being. With many women reporting their self esteem to be historically low, the calming environment of a spa or massage studio provides a sanctuary for relaxation and some all-important self-care.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.

During the treatment, one of our expert beauty therapist will apply the ZO Stimulator Peel solution to your face. You may feel a slight tingling or warming sensation, which is completely normal. The peel will be left on your skin for a few minutes before it is neutralized and removed.
The treatment takes approximately 30 minutes, making it a great option for those with busy schedules.
There is no downtime with this treatment. You can resume your daily activities immediately after your appointment.
We recommend a series of 3-4 treatments, spaced 2-4 weeks apart, for optimal results. However, you will see an improvement in your skin's appearance after just one treatment.
