Referral Scheme
Terms and Conditions
As an existing customer, when you refer a friend you’ll receive £50 off your favourite treatment – and your friend will save £50 on their first treatment. The more recommendations, the more rewards for you.
1. The referral scheme rewards both the referrer and the friend with a £50 credit, to be used towards future treatments.
2. To qualify for the referral reward, the friend must proceed with a treatment at The Face Lounge.
3. The referral reward credit has no expiry date and can be redeemed at any time.
4. The referral credit can only be used towards treatments and cannot be applied to products or other services.
5. There is no limit to the number of friends a customer can refer.
6. The referral scheme is subject to change or discontinuation at the discretion of the company.
7. The referral credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
8. The company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any referral credits if there is suspected fraud or misuse of the scheme.
9. By participating in the referral scheme, both the referrer and the friend agree to these terms and conditions.
